Consumer rights are fought for and sanctioned throughout the parliaments of Europe and Western societies the world over. The fall out for this is becoming huge and will have a potentially catastrophic effect on some businesses. However the message is clear for individuals - if you have been the victim of miss-selling, get your PPI claims submitted to get your money back.
