In Madrid last year almost 28,000 tons of glass were collected. Recycling is part of the strategy to put a stop to the increasing residues generated in developed societies. The three R’s play an important role in controlling the issue of waste; reduce, reuse and recycle.
Together with recycling plants such as the capitals largest situated in the Valdemingómez area of Madrid, trash removalis part of a group of projects aiming to create a system for controlling waste treatment.
